How does it work?

Place
Once enrolled, students will attend classes to build essential workplace skills and will be placed into suitable employment with one of our approved employers.
Our Recruitment consultants and trainers partner with local employers to add additional training and induction material to the last week of our program.

As a company we understand that the challenging part of placing a client isn't finding them a job, its keeping them there LONG term. That's why we focus on local jobs for local people. We have over 700 employers ready to go on our database VIC wide, not including our labour-hire division. We also have our own post-placement support team, regularly following up on our employers to ensure placements stick and our clients don't require any additional support.
