How to ace your Interview

The different types of interviews you can encounter are endless, ranging from conversations lasting a few minutes, to multiple rounds of formal meetings and sometimes with more than one interviewer. Getting properly prepared for an interview will give you the confidence to approach these conversations in a way that demonstrates your enthusiasm and expertise.

Here are our TOP tips to impress at any interview !

Tip #1 - Dress to impress

Always remember that it’s essential to take particular care with your appearance during a job interview. The candidate dressed in a suit and tie, or dress and heels, will usually make a much better impression than the candidate dressed in jeans and sneakers.

Personal hygiene and clean/ironed clothes are essential.

Tip #2 - Plan ahead

Make sure you are ready for your interview by researching the company, location and practicing your interview questions ahead of time. It is also encouraged to bring in a printed resume, even though the recruiter will probably already have it.

Arrive on time or 10 minutes early

When waiting for the interviewer resist the urge to use your phone, remember when you have entered the building the interview has already begun.

Tip #3 - Be Confident !

Feeling confident and inspired during a job interview can help you make a great impression on a hiring manager. When preparing for your next interview it can be useful to review some practice questions.
